I have been working with Kristen Meissner for over a year and a half and she is by far the best designer/decorator I’ve worked with in the past 30 years. She is a creative, thoughtful and thorough professional who is a pleasure to deal with. I recently purchased a second home which had to be furnished. After taking care of the basics, i needed someone to help[ put the finishing and personal touches that make a house a home. She instinctively seemed to “get me” and proceeded to find all my rugs, fabrics for custom drapes, accent chairs and pillows, plus lighting fixtures, artwork and even pieces for the front porch. She redid the furniture arrangement in the LR which had been a problem, solving both the flow and harmony with the adjoining formal dining room. We completely redid the MBR. She also is extremely good at working within one’s budget and extraordinarily creative in maximizing impact with pocket-book friendly price tags. My home is now absolutely gorgeous where everyone who walks in immediately comments on how lovely and comfortable it is. We continue to work together on additional items as a home is never totally finished. Down the road is the kitchen and master bath. I am so pleased with Kristen that I plan to have her help me with redoing some things in my NYC apt. I can not recommend her highly enough.. She is my designer #l.

Kristen is the most responsive, creative interior design professional I’ve ever worked with. She helped us completely update our LR, DR, Kit, FR and foyer, on time and on budget! She listened to us carefully and found creative, cost effective options to make our vision come true. One year later, everyone continues to comment on how great the house looks and not a day goes by that I don’t still love every decision and detail. She’s currently helping me update my home office. Next year we’re planning to have her work on projects that include our bathroom and master bedroom. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!
